To help simplify your special event, we have broken the venue rental packages to an hourly rate. Price will include the following:
Birthday Parties: Celebrate your child's special day with us. Our facility provides a safe and engaging environment for children to have a blast and create lasting memories.
Baby Showers: Host a memorable baby shower in our spacious venue. We offer a comfortable setting for honouring and welcoming the arrival of a new family member.
Mama and Me Time: Treat yourself and your little one to a fun-filled session of bonding and play. Our venue is ideal for mother-child activities, creating precious moments together.
Gym Rental: Looking for a space to host fitness classes, sports training, or group workouts? Our sports court and equipment are available for gym rental, providing ample space for various physical activities.
Indoor Pickleball: Gather your friends or team for a thrilling game of indoor pickle-ball. Our sports court features designated lines for pickle-ball play, ensuring an enjoyable experience for players of all levels.
Youth Club: If you're organizing a youth club or after-school program, our venue offers a safe and engaging space. With a wide range of activities available, we can accommodate diverse interests and age groups.
Team Building: Foster team spirit and cooperation through our team-building events. Our facility provides ample space for interactive challenges, games, and exercises that promote collaboration and camaraderie.

Hourly Rate Structure
The venue offers a flexible rental option by charging on an hourly basis. This allows you to pay for the time you actually use the space, making it cost-effective and convenient for different event durations.
Administrative Support
As part of the rental package, an admin staff member will be provided to assist you with meet and greet activities. They will also help in the setup and cleanup of the venue, ensuring that your event runs smoothly and stress-free.
Kitchen Access
The rental includes access to our little kitchen area equipped with few essential amenities, including a small fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a water cooler. This feature is beneficial for preparing and serving refreshments or light snacks during your event.
Sports Court
The venue boasts a spacious sports court, covering an area of 1500 square feet. This area is perfect for hosting sports-related activities, tournaments, or games as part of your event.
Play Area
Adjacent to the sports court, there is a designated space for toddlers and small school aged kids. This area is stocked with various activities such as arts and crafts, pretend play, puzzles, building blocks, and dress-up options, making it suitable for family-friendly events.
Sports Equipment
The venue provides a wide array of sports equipment, including mini basketballs, a bowling set, parachute games, soccer balls, futsal balls, rackets, toddler and youth-sized soccer netting, and sports lines for pickleball. This ensures that your event participants have access to the necessary gear for a variety of sports and recreational activities. (Only applicable for the kids events)
Bathroom Facilities
The venue offers 3 bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. This ensures that your guests, including those with special accessibility needs, can comfortably use the restroom facilities.
Parking
There is convenient street parking available directly in front of the venue. This makes it easy for your event attendees to find parking and attend your event without the hassle of distant or expensive parking arrangements plus a paid parking half block away at the Moody skytrain station
Smoking and Alcohol Policies
To maintain a clean and safe environment, the venue strictly prohibits smoking and the consumption of alcohol on the premises. This policy ensures a healthy and family-friendly atmosphere for your event.
Additional guest charge
There is a $5 additional charge for every additional guest beyond the maximum limit. Plus a Cleaning fee of $50. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please feel free to ask!
Hourly cost
Kids’ parties: $125 per hour (25 maximum guests)
Kids’ parties: $175 per hour (45 maximum guests)
Youth Events: $75 per hour (40 mx guests)
Adult Events: $50 per hour (50 mx guests)

Adult to child ratio
Kids Ratio: 1:4 (Must have one adult for every child under 9)
Youth Ratio: 1:10 (must have one responsible adult for every 10 Youth)
