At Kidz Venture, we make it our mission to support ASD children during their journey by providing behavioural services based on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). ABA is evidence-based scientific approach for teaching socially significant behaviours within an individual's given natural environment.
Applied behavioural analysis (ABA) is a type of therapy that can improve social, communication, and learning skills through reinforcement strategies. Many experts consider ABA to be the gold-standard treatment for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. These conditions do vary from child to child and are supported by techniques and methods taught by therapists in the field.
ABA therapists try to uncover causes of certain behaviours to help your child change or improve them. Over the course of therapy, your child's therapist may adapt their approach based on how your child responds to certain interventions.
Our professional team is comprised of board certificated behaviour consultants, behavioural interventionists, speech – language pathologists, and occupational therapists that have extensive experience in dealing with intricate conditions that present differently in every individual. Our team provides one-on-one therapy in the clinic, home, and school. We use play-based teaching techniques which comprise of sports activities. Cardio and movement is essential to our clients' health and well-being; that is why we make it a priority to be inclusive in our designed teaching programs.
